Natalie Bogdanos is the former Associate General Counsel and Senior Manager of Contracts at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC). At MSKCC, she held a joint appointment with the Office of the General Counsel and the Office of Technology Development. She was responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance directed to facilitating, defining and establishing basic and translational research and/or development relationships between MSKCC and third parties; identifying, protecting and managing intellectual property to create products, methods & modalities of treatment; and commercializing these assets for the public good.

Prior to joining MSKCC, Natalie served as General Counsel at Enzo Biochem, Inc. (Enzo), a publicly traded biotechnology & life sciences company focused on developing research tools, diagnostics & therapeutics, and providing test services to the medical community. During her nine years at Enzo, Natalie provided legal guidance and business advice regarding all aspects of research, development, manufacture, use, licensing and marketing of innovative health care products, platforms and services based on molecular and cellular technologies.

Previously, Natalie worked as an associate at Amster, Rothstein & Ebenstein, a boutique intellectual property law firm located in New York City, for almost four years. During law school, she worked at Kenyon & Kenyon and Pennie & Edmonds. Before attending law school, she was a research technician at the Public Health Research Institute. 

Natalie is an attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Biology, with honors, from Queens College of the City University of New York.
