Natalia Drebezgina is an associate based in the Moscow office. Ms. Drebezgina is in the corporate department. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate practice, capital market transactions, commercial and contract law. She has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic clients on various aspects of acquisition of shares and participatory interests in Russian companies, including antimonopoly and regulatory matters; negotiating asset and share deals; conducting pre- and post- acquisition reviews of Russian companies in various industries including gold-mining and oil and gas sector; advising foreign and domestic clients on various issues with respect to their shareholdings' structuring.  Ms. Drebezgina represented shareholders of Multon Group, the second-largest juice business in Russia, in sale of their business to Coca-Cola Company and Hellenic Bottlers. Ms. Drebezgina advised Norilsk Nickel in spin off of the company's gold mining assets, Novolipetsk steel in a number of M&A transactions, OJSC Polyus Gold on the listing of its ADRs on the London Stock Exchange and a public offer for 50.1% of KazakhGold Group Limited.

Ms. Drebezgina joined the firm in 2004. In 2002, Ms. Drebezgina graduated with honors from Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO), International Law Faculty. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Drebezgina worked as an associate for a leading UK law firm in Moscow. 

Ms. Drebezgina is admitted to practice law in the Russian Federation. Ms. Drebezgina is fluent in Russian, English and German.
