Ms. Connery is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and has been designated a “Super Lawyer”© since 2008.  She’s the former chair of the Committee on Real Property Law and of the Committee on Cooperative and Condominium Law at the New York City Bar Association, is a member of the Executive Committee of the New York State Real Property Law Section, and a former chair of the ABA Leasing Group’s Assignment and Subletting Committee.  She’s also a chapter author for “Negotiating and Drafting Commercial Leases” and for Commercial Real Estate Transactions Handbook.
