Nabeel Ahmad is an associate in the Boston office of Foley Hoag LLP. Mr. Ahmad’s disputes practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation in the areas of products liability, securities fraud, white collar crime, and antitrust. He has represented multiple large industrial and medical device manufacturers in product liability suits throughout the county. He has also defended corporate and individual clients in SEC investigations and in controversies before federal, state, and international courts. Mr. Ahmad’s pro bono practice largely involves the representation of individuals in immigration and asylum matters. He also represents indigent clients in education and housing disputes. He earned his B.S. in Computer Science, University Honors, from the University of Michigan, and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
