Morton D. Dubin II is a litigation partner specializing in product liability in the New York office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Mr. Dubin has been recognized as a “Leading Product Liability Defense Lawyer” in the Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and Executive Counsel magazine’s Executive Counsel Short List. Among other engagements, he is a member of the Orrick team representing Union Carbide Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company) as national counsel for asbestos litigation. In that capacity, Mr. Dubin has been responsible for developing and coordinating the national scientific and medical defense for the corporation. He also serves as lead trial counsel for the corporation in numerous actions throughout the United States.
