Monica Kurnatowska is a Partner in the Employment Department and a member of its Collective Rights Practice. Monica advises clients on sensitive employment matters, including discrimination and whistleblowing claims, internal investigations and bonus disputes. She frequently leads UK and international outsourcing , restructuring, and other employment projects. She also has a particular interest in TUPE, EWCs and trade union issues. Monica has spent time on secondment with clients in the banking and telecommunications sectors. She was named in the Lawyer Hot 100 of 20013. She is also a member of the Consultation board of PLC On-Line, and co-wrote the Outsourcing and Offshoring chapters of Sweet & Maxwell's Transfer of Undertakings.
