Miranda So is a partner at Davis Polk, based in Hong Kong. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, private equity transactions and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience representing public and private companies in M&A and strategic transactions. She also regularly advises major corporations and private equity clients on investments, PIPEs, dispositions, restructurings, reorganizations, spinoffs and joint ventures. Her recent representations included transactions involving Hong Kong- and U.S.- listed companies in their significant M&A and going-private transactions, as well as various acquisitions and investments in China and across Asia.
