Mihir Kshirsagar is an Assistant Attorney General in the Bureau of Internet & Technology for the New York State Office of Attorney General.  He received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and received an A.B. degree from Harvard.   Mihir is a litigator with broad experience in consumer protection, securities and antitrust laws.  He practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP before joining the Attorney General’s office in 2016.
