Mike is a member of the GE Legal Department and represents the company in litigation, compliance investigations, and government enforcement matters. 

Mike began his legal career in Washington, D.C. where he received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School.  Following graduation, he completed a one-year clerkship with the Honorable Robert J. Yock on the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, a specialized court focused primarily on federal contract disputes involving the United States Government. 

In 2000, Mike entered private practice with the Washington D.C. law firm Steptoe & Johnson where he represented clients in False Claims Act litigation, government contract disputes, and antitrust matters.  He then joined the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division as a trial attorney in 2002 and led enforcement matters relating to collusion, market allocation, and merger activity.

Mike joined GE Aviation in 2007 and focuses his time on internal compliance investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and civil litigation.
