I am a manager in our Technology and Consumer Business practices with over seven years of experience. In addition, I have experience related to the offering of securities in both the private and public markets and assisting on other SEC filings.

I am also an Engagement Quality Control Reviewer (EQCR) assistant for several other clients, enjoy facilitating audit training seminars for our young professionals, and am heavily involved in regionally recruiting efforts.
