Megan Lewis is the Senior Counsel for Enforcement Strategy for the Northeast Region with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Prior to joining the CFPB, Ms. Lewis was the Chief of the Affirmative Litigation Section at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office where she was responsible for leading complex investigations and litigation in a range of areas, including consumer, securities and false claims act cases. Prior to that Ms. Lewis was the John J. Gibbons Fellow in Public Interest and Constitutional Litigation at Gibbons, P.C., and a staff attorney and Skadden Fellow at the Urban Justice Center. She clerked was for Honorable Sidney H. Stein in the Southern District of New York, and is a magna cum laude graduate of NYU Law School and Harvard College
