Megan Anne Stull serves as Counsel for Google Inc., focusing on communications law issues.  She also facilitates a women’s leadership course for Google, receiving a 2015 Google Diversity Core Mid-Year Impact Award for her efforts to advance diversity and inclusion at Google and in the tech industry.  Before joining Google in 2009, Megan was an associate in Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP's Communications, Media & Privacy practice group.

Megan presently serves on the Federal Communications Bar Association’s (“FCBA”) Relations With Other Bar Associations Committee.  In the past, she was a member of the FCBA’s Executive Committee and Nominations Committee, as well as the FCBA Foundation’s Board of Trustees.  She proudly received the FCBA Foundation’s Volunteer of the Year Award for 2006.

Megan holds a juris doctor, magna cum laude, from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America, where she earned a certificate from The Institute for Communications Law Studies.  During her time at Catholic University, she also served as Editor-in-Chief for CommLaw Conspectus:  Journal of Communications Law and Technology.  Megan received a bachelor's of arts, summa cum laude, in Television, Radio, and Film and Women’s Studies from Syracuse University, where she also was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
