Mechelle Weidner-Hill is a Paralegal for The Dow Chemical Company in Midland, MI. In December of 2011 she assumed management of the Anti-Corruption Due Diligence Process for the Office of Ethics and Compliance, reporting to David G. Wilkins, Director of the Office of Ethics and Compliance.

Immediately prior to her current role, Mechelle provided Paralegal support for product liability, commercial and arbitration matters and was a member of the Discovery Expertise Center in Dow's Litigation Department from October 2006 to December 2011.

Prior to moving into her Litigation role, Mechelle provided support in the Communications Resource Department at Dow from September 1995 until October of 2006, serving as Operations Manager from 2000 to 2006.

Mechelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Northwood University as well as a paralegal certification.
