Matthew L. Guadagno has been practicing immigration law since 1997.  He is a solo practitioner in Manhattan.  Mr. Guadagno’s practice focuses on deportation defense and federal litigation relating to immigration.  He has argued numerous cases in the federal courts that have resulted in precedent decisions.  In September 2016, Mr. Guadagno was listed in the New York Metro Edition of the publication Super Lawyers for the ninth year in a row.  He is also AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  Mr. Guadagno regularly speaks at continuing legal education courses about immigration law.  He is an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School.
