Mary Foster is a Senior Lecturer at Northwestern University College of Law, where she teaches Legal Ethics. She also teaches, along with Wendy Muchman, Legal Ethics for the Business Lawyer, and Legal Ethics for the Global Lawyer. Legal Ethics for the Public Interest and Government Lawyer and The Law of Whistleblowing. She is a former Counsel for the Review Board of the ARDC and a former ARDC Senior Trial Lawyer and Litigation Manager with many years of experience investigating and prosecuting attorneys for ethical misconduct.  She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Committee on Professional Conduct and is a graduate of University of Illinois Law School.
