Mark Montague is a registered patent attorney and partner of Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C. Mr. Montague’s practice focuses primarily on patent law, including patent litigation and U.S. and foreign patent procurement, as well as patent licensing, due diligence, and infringement and validity opinion efforts. Mr. Montague has handled patents relating to a wide array of technologies, including electronics, software, business methods, and mechanical devices. Mr. Montague has authored a number of patent related publications and presented at various intellectual property law seminars. Mr. Montague also is an adjunct professor in patent law at New York University. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, and is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law, New York Intellectual Property Law, and New York Bar Associations.
