Mark Graham is a principal in the Deloitte Washington National Tax (WNT) – International Tax service line.  Mark has ten years of experience in a broad range of international tax topics including the interaction between international and partnership taxation; cross-border acquisition, disposition, and integration planning; GILTI; FDII; BEAT; subpart F; 245A/repatriation; foreign tax credits; and foreign currency issues.  

Mark received his B.A. in English from the University of Florida; his J.D., cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law; and LL.M. in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law.  He is a licensed member of the Florida and Illinois State Bars.
