Ms. Hack is a top tier trial lawyer with a solid track record of favorable verdicts and settlements. Specifically, Ms. Hack obtained a $52,000,000 unanimous jury verdict in favor of the City of Victorville for the failed Foxborough Power Plant Project. Ms. Hack has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry as well as several years acting as a construction manager for a residential developer prior to law school. Her practice includes a wide array of construction industry matters such as bidding disputes, contract negotiations and drafting, scheduling and delay issues, mechanic's lien and claims resolution. She has represented some of the largest general contractors and public entities in claims arising from major construction projects, including the Hyperion Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Walt Disney Concert Hall. She also has extensive experience with construction licensing issues and home improvement contracting and acts as an expert in those areas.
