Marie C. Infante is Senior Vice President, and Chief Compliance Officer for Golden Living and its affiliated companies. In this position she is responsible for the design and implementation of effective compliance programs for the company. Ms. Infante is also the General Counsel for Healthcare for the company.  In addition to more than twenty-three years of health law experience she has extensive provider operations experience as a professional nurse, psychiatric clinical specialist and a health care executive. During her career, Ms. Infante has represented a variety of interests and clients in long term care and post-acute services, including proprietary and not-for-profit corporations, retirement communities and associations, individuals in guardianship proceedings, and national organizations in matters of public policy and state and federal legislation. 
Before joining Golden Living, Ms. Infante was a Member of the firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo and before that, Principle in the law firm of Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville in Washington, D.C where she added her successful independent practice to their national healthcare group. She was a senior manager with the Northeast Management Consulting Group of Ernst & Young and was a member of the government affairs staff of the American Health Care Association.  Marie continues to participate in federal legislative and regulatory policy developments affecting post-acute services.

She is a graduate of the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia. Ms. Infante also holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science from the University of Maryland.
