MARC-OLIVIER LANGLOIS is a partner in the Paris office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.

Mr. Langlois's practice focuses on complex international arbitrations arising out of construction projects and the supply of heavy equipment, international investments, mergers & acquisitions, and licensing and distribution agreements. He regularly serves as counsel in arbitrations brought under the ICC, AAA, and SCC rules. Mr. Langlois also represents foreign clients involved in litigation before U.S. courts. 

Before joining Hughes Hubbard's Paris office in 2000, he practiced civil and intellectual property litigation in the Washington, D.C. office of a large international law firm. Immediately following law school, Mr. Langlois clerked for a senior U.S. district judge in Virginia.

Mr. Langlois was raised in the United States and holds dual U.S./French citizenship. He is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars. He received a Certificat d'études politiques from the Institut d'études politiques (Science Po) in Paris, a B.A. from the University of Virginia, and a J.D. from William & Mary Law School.
