Lydia Wylie is the Senior Political Compliance Analyst for Chevron Corporation.  Chevron is one of the world’s leading integrated energy companies. Lydia manages the U.S. political compliance program for the company enterprise-wide. The U.S. political compliance program covers campaign finance, federal, state and local lobbying, and gifts and payment activities. U.S. political compliance is one of ten compliance subjects supporting the company’s overall corporate compliance program.

Lydia has worked in Government Affairs for the company’s Policy Government and Public Affairs (PGPA) department since 2007. She has held numerous positions with increasing responsibilities including, Political Programs Analyst, Political Action Committee (PAC) treasurer and later manager of the PAC. In 2015 Lydia co-led a very important company project to restart and refresh the company’s political advocacy network for employees, retirees and friends.

Lydia began her career at Chevron working in the Finance department in a variety of Financial Analyst positions, and as a Supervisor in Accounts Payable and Excise Tax.  Prior to Chevron Lydia worked in the insurance industry. 

Lydia is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento where she received a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She also received her MBA degree in Marketing from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, California.
