Louise Stoupe's practice is focused on intellectual property, trade secrets, commercial disputes and arbitration. She is a trial lawyer, recognized expert in e-discovery and IP law, and counsels some of the largest technology companies in the world on IP issues. Ms. Stoupe has worked with a variety of technologies in the semiconductor, computer, consumer products, and telecommunications industries.

Ms. Stoupe has extensive experience in assisting Asia-based clients with U.S. litigation and taking those clients to trial in U.S. courts. She also provides assistance to Asia-based clients involved in arbitration, general commercial disputes, and conducting internal investigations throughout the region.

Ms. Stoupe has been recognized for her cutting-edge work for Japan-based clients and in 2008 was the second youngest person on the "Top 50 Under 45" list published by IP Law & Business.
