Lisa M. Palluconi is legal counsel for IBM's Office of Governmental Programs, located in Washington, D.C. She advises the IBM Corporation on U.S. export control matters, customs laws and regulations, matters before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), and ethics and lobbying law compliance.  Within IBM, she provides legal support to the Governmental Programs group, which includes IBM's Export Regulation Office and Import Compliance Office. Prior to joining IBM, Lisa practiced international trade law at the law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in Washington, D.C.  Lisa received her J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and an M.P.A. from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.  She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tulsa and is a Harry S. Truman Congressional Scholar. Lisa is a member of the Oklahoma and District of Columbia bars.
