Lisa M. Courtney is Statewide ADR Coordinator for the NYS Unified Court System and oversees the ADR office. The ADR office oversees the statewide Community Dispute Resolution Centers Program, the Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Program, and the Collaborative Family Law Center.  The ADR office reviews and approves training programs under Part 146 of the Rules of the Chief Administrative Judge, and provides technical support and training to local courts seeking to establish ADR programs.  Lisa trains judges and attorneys in ADR processes and occasionally mediates court-referred cases. She is a graduate of Columbia College and Columbia University School of Law.   She speaks Spanish and Hebrew.
