Director, Global Product Compliance, Lumber Liquidators, is responsible for global legal and regulatory compliance support for new and existing product development, vendor selection and risk management.  The primary focus is to design, implement and manage compliance processes that are intended to reasonably ensure that goods are procured and supplied in adherence to applicable requirements.  Previously, Lisa has served as a senior compliance executive at Freddie Mac, The Work Bank and First American Title.  A member of the compliance and ethics community for nearly 20 years, Lisa has conducted risk assessments and evaluations of program effectiveness. In addition, she has experience in investigations; auditing/monitoring programs; policy and procedure development; and training. She has worked with public, private and non-profit organizations of all sizes, while many were in the midst of a crisis situation.

Lisa is a former member of the U.S. Sentencing Commission's Ad Hoc Advisory Group on the Organizational Guidelines.  She started her career as a U.S. Probation Officer in the Southern District of Florida where she specialized in presentence investigations. Highly motivated and committed to professional excellence, Lisa designed and delivered compliance programs for clients of Ernst & Young's Litigation Advisory Services practice. As a member of Holland & Knight's White Collar Crime practice, she served as a court appointed Special Master for a company convicted of fraud and ordered to implement a compliance program as a condition of its term of federal probation.
