Lisa Aronson
is the team lead for Integrated Social Media and Culture Change on the Enterprise Communications team within Corporate Relations.

Aronson is responsible for creating and managing the development, integration and implementation of social business strategies to drive the company's cultural initiatives of collaboration and transparency.

Aronson has served in a variety of social, marketing and project management positions at Allstate, American Express, Illinois Lottery and Peoples Energy. Aronson's Allstate career began in Social Networking at Allstate Financial in 2008, creating a consumer community to increase awareness of Allstate Financial and its products through education and peer-to-peer interaction. Aronson and her Social Networking team joined Allstate Insurance Company in January 2010 as part of the newly-created eBusiness organization. Her current role in Enterprise Communications was established in 2012 to lead strategic planning, oversight and coordination across the company's growing social media presence for internal and external stakeholders.
