LISA A. SCHNEIDER is a patent litigator in the firm's Chicago office and also a member of the appellate resource group. She has a practice that focuses on intellectual property litigation at both the trial and appellate level, primarily in the pharmaceutical and medical device arts. She has co-taught courses in appellate practice and procedure at John Marshall Law School and in patent litigation at Chicago Kent School of Law. She has also presented at several PLI seminars. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul R. Michel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from 1996 to 1997.

Pro bono

Lisa is involved in the firm’s Emerging Enterprises Pro Bono Program, which provides free legal support to eligible small and medium-sized for-profit enterprises and market-focused NGOs and non-profits that have a clear social impact in developing countries across Africa, Asia, Central and South America and the Caribbean.
