Lester Pataki is currently the Chairman of the Law Firm Group and National Banking Practice Leader at J.P. Morgan’s Private Wealth Management Business where he is responsible for building and growing the banking, mortgage and lending businesses. Lester Pataki joined J.P. Morgan from Citi Private Bank where he was the Global Head of the Law Firm Group. Prior to leading the Law Firm Group, Lester served as the Head of Strategy for Citi's U.S. Private Bank where he led strategic initiatives to broaden the product offering and upgrade front office and banker capabilities, which increased revenue and margin growth. Prior to joining Citi, Lester held strategic development positions with Radiate, the San Francisco Giants and Marakon Associates.  Lester also coached college football at Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania and was part of Stanford’s 2000 Rose Bowl team.

Lester graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS from the Wharton School of Business and a BAS from the School of Engineering and Applied Science. He also has an MBA from Stanford University.
