Leonard Page is a semi-retired, union-side, labor attorney now living in Cheboygan, Michigan.

In recent years he has been an expert witness in NLRA cases. His last “full time” employment was with the NLRB. He served from 1999 to 2001 as its General Counsel. From 1970 to 1999, he served as an Associate General Counsel on the staff of the International Union, UAW in Detroit, Michigan.

At the UAW he was the principle attorney handling NLRB matters, from organizing and representation matters to unfair labor practice cases, trials and appeals. He was also involved in labor negotiations with Big Three and other major UAW-represented employers.

Page was active in the ABA's Committee on Practice and Procedure before the NLRB and a member of the ABA Labor Law Section Council for many years. He is a Founding Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He served as chair of the Michigan's State Bar Labor Law Section and received it Distinguished Service Award in 2008.

Page received both a B.A. (1965) and M.B.A (1968) from the University of Michigan and a J.D. From the Detroit College of Law (now Michigan State Law School) in 1972.
