Lem E. Montgomery III is a member of the Product Liability Group at Butler Snow in Jackson, Mississippi. He concentrates his practice in the areas of industrial materials and machinery, recreational vehicle product liability, and toxic torts. Mr. Montgomery also routinely defends private correctional institutions and local governments in constitutional civil rights cases, and defends private corporations and insurance companies in commercial litigation matters. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and has co-authored articles for legal publications by the Product Liability Advisory Council. Admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Mississippi and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Montgomery received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi in 2002 where he served on the Mississippi Law Journal, Moot Court Board, and the Journal of National Security Law.
