Lauren Donnelly is the Supervising Attorney of the Housing Help Program a multi borough homelessness prevention project based in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens Courthouse offices of The Legal Aid Society. Lauren has been with the Legal Aid Society for 9 of her 12 years as a legal services lawyer. She is responsible for training, supervising and administering a civil litigation unit of attorneys, paralegals, social workers and a complement of volunteer lawyers. In 2011, Lauren was the recipient of the NYC Bar Association's Legal Services Award given to attorneys who have demonstrated a commitment to providing civil legal services to the most vulnerable New Yorkers. In addition to representing clients in the Supreme and Civil Courts, Lauren assists pro se litigants with document review and preparation.
