Laureen K. Kuzur is an attorney in the Nashville, Tennessee office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate and securities law and mergers and acquisitions. She has particular experience in assisting companies with Securities Exchange Act compliance, including proxy statements and annual, quarterly, and current reports. Ms. Kuzur also has advised companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq on corporate governance issues and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. In 2006, Ms. Kuzur was awarded a Pegasus Trust Scholarship from the American Inn of Court Foundation to travel to London, England to study the English legal system. While in law school, Ms. Kuzur served as the editor-in-chief of the Tennessee Law Review.
