Laure heads Linklaters’ Employment & Incentives Practice in Asia and is based in the firm’s Singapore office.

She has significant expertise in advisory, transactional and contentious employment law, including restraints of trade issues, senior executive appointments and terminations, employee transfers, employee incentive arrangements, negotiations of settlement agreements, outsourcings, restructurings and insolvencies.

Laure has worked on numerous large and complex cross-border M&A transactions and restructurings in APAC. She also advised a number of key clients on high-value employment settlements and the changing data privacy landscape across APAC.

Prior to her relocation to Asia in 2011, Laure was based in Linklaters’ London office for over 11 years. She started her career at Linklaters as a Corporate lawyer and then decided to specialise into Employment law. During her time in London, she advised numerous clients of the firm on high profile and sensitive employment-related matters, whether transactional, advisory or contentious. In particular, she worked very closely with the Lehmans administration, coordinating all employment-related matters for the administrators in the UK and across the EU since 2008.

Clients whom Laure regularly advises in the region include global MNCs, financial institutions and private equity/hedge funds.

Laure was awarded ‘Best in Labour and Employment Law’ at the Euromoney Asia Women in Business Law Awards 2015. She was also recognised as Leading Individual and Linklaters ranked as Band 1 in APAC Legal 500 2017, Employment & Incentives. She was recently awarded In-HouseCommunity Commended External Counsel of the Year, 2017by In-House Community, Asia.
