Kristina Sesek is the Senior Director of Legislative Affairs at the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform.  At the federal level, she advocates for reform on civil justice issues and enforcement policy and is the Chamber’s lead advocate on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).  Her role also includes furthering state-based legal reform and curtailing the spread of the U.S.-style class action system internationally.  Prior to working at the Chamber, Kristina served as the General Counsel of the Republican Party of Wisconsin during Governor Walker's recall election and the 2012 presidential election.  Kristina received her J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where she was elected Student Bar President and served as the Lead Articles Editor on the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review.  Kristina graduated magna cum laude from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
