Kerry Francis is the chairman of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS). She is a partner in the San Francisco Forensic & Dispute Services practice, where she leads the national Corporate Investigations practice. Ms. Francis has extensive experience in fraud and forensic accounting investigations, the evaluation of accounting allegations in securities litigation, and the evaluation of economic and financial damages in commercial litigation. Ms. Francis led a pro bono research project for the Berkeley Repertory Theatre, an organization for which she also serves on the board of trustees. Through the project, her team of business intelligence professionals utilized its online research capabilities to gather information on potential patrons that have enabled the theatre to execute its artistic mission through strengthening its financial condition. Ms. Francis’s passion is contributing to her community and in her spare time, she has volunteered for the AIDS Foundation, homeless shelters, the Lincoln Child Center, UC Berkeley, American Heart Association, and the National Kidney Foundation. Ms. Francis received a B.A. in Economics and in French at the University of California, Berkeley.
