Kenneth N. Weiss, P.E., BCEE

Mr. Weiss is currently the Managing Partner for ERM's Global Air Quality and Climate Change Practice. He has 40 years of experience in air quality management. Mr. Weiss has provided consulting and training services to many of the nation's largest companies and trade associations. Some of his clients in this regard include API, BP, Sunoco, and Chevron among others. Mr. Weiss played an integral role in many of the recent utility and refinery NSR and MACT enforcement cases and additionally has lectured throughout the United States on the impacts of the Clean Air Act to numerous groups including the Air and Waste Management Association, the American Bar Association, the Institute for Business Law, numerous trade associations, and several Business and Industrial Councils. Over the past few years, he has trained more than 7,000 people in the areas of the Clean Air Act, Title V, MACT and NSR permitting. He is a contributing author to the AWMA's publication, Clean Air Operating Permits, A Practical Guide and the latest revision to Perry's Chemical Engineers Handbook.  Mr. Weiss is a Fellow of the Air and Waste Management Association, and past vice president of that group. In addition, he serves on the editorial review board of the Air Pollution Consultant and as a contributing author to the Environmental Law Deskbook. Mr. Weiss is a Professional Engineer, a Board Certified Environmental Engineer and listed in Who's Who in Environmental Engineering.
