Ken Warner is a graduate of Harvard Law School, a member of the New York State Commission on the Jury that investigated and recommended statewide jury reforms, an Adjunct Professor at New York University Law School (where he has taught Trial Advocacy and will be teaching Evidence this coming Spring semester), and the court-appointed Special Master in MDL matter In re: Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether ("MTBE") Products Liability Litigation, a multi-billion dollar mass tort action that has been pending in U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, for a number of years. He has lectured at the International Graduate School in Leysin, Switzerland, at the New School for Social Research, at CLE and other programs for the Practising Law Institute and before legal and lay audiences on a wide range of litigation-related subjects. 

 Mr. Warner has been an active trial lawyer for more than 35 years. His trial experience is varied and extensive and includes trial work in many specialized areas in addition to general commercial litigation - including securities, products liability, divorce and custody, will contests, copyright, libel/slander, and legal and medical malpractice. He has been profiled in the New York Law Journal and featured in two full-length articles in the American Lawyer on trials he has conducted. He is regularly listed in the New York Times Super Lawyer publication.
