Kenneth E. Lee is a co-founder of the litigation firm Levine Lee LLP, which focuses on complex civil litigation and white collar and securities enforcement defense. Mr. Lee is an experienced courtroom advocate who has represented investment banks, hedge funds, bank holding companies, media companies, cable operators, alternative energy providers and entertainment figures. He has served as lead counsel in securities actions, contested mergers and acquisitions, shareholder derivative actions, trade secret misappropriation cases, contract and fiduciary duty disputes, bankruptcy matters and First Amendment claims. Mr. Lee has argued cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as in ICC and FINRA arbitration proceedings.

Prior to co-founding Levine Lee LLP, Mr. Lee was a partner at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation matters, as well as serving as counsel to the SIPA Trustee for Lehman Brothers Inc. in proceedings in United States Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Lee has handled matters involving derivatives, securitized products, equity and bond trading, private equity and venture capital investments, Delaware corporate governance matters and SEC, FINRA and DOJ investigations.

Mr. Lee began his career with the firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore, where he litigated antitrust, securities and intellectual property disputes.

Mr. Lee is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School (Thomas Mulroy prize for oral advocacy, Tony Patiño Fellowship recipient) and Harvard College. He has been recognized as a Litigation Star in the 2009, 2010 and 2011 editions of Euromoney Institutional Investor's Benchmark nationwide survey of litigators.
