Kathleen T. Sanderson is an associate at Baker & McKenzie LLP, based in its Chicago office. Ms. Sanderson’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation, antitrust regulation and litigation, corporate investigations and appellate advocacy. She has represented clients in various industries—including healthcare, consumer products, construction, transportation, power, and banking—before state and federal courts, and various administrative agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Ms. Sanderson argued before the Court of Appeals of the Seventh Circuit on behalf of a client opposing deportation in an immigration matter. She was also a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow at the Bluhm Legal Clinic, focusing her work on asylum and immigration matters for women and juveniles. She currently serves as a member of the Baker & McKenzie Chicago Office Pro Bono Committee. Ms. Sanderson is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Antitrust Law; the Cartel and Criminal Practice Committee of the ABA Antitrust Section; the American Bar Association, Section of Business Law; the Chicago Bar Association; and the Illinois State Bar Association. She received her B.A., cum laude, in International Relations and Spanish Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
