Kathy is an Accounting Branch Chief in the Office of Information Technologies & Services in the Division of Corporation Finance.  Kathy joined the Division in 1999 and became a Branch Chief in August 2004, where her responsibilities include reviewing public company filings in the technology industry and managing seven members of the Accounting Staff.   From July 2013 to July 2015, Kathy did a rotation in the Division of Corporation Finance’s then newly formed Disclosure Standards Office.  Her responsibilities included evaluating the Division’s disclosure review program and providing suggestions on how to enhance the quality, consistency and resolution of comments across the Division.   Before joining the SEC, Kathy was a Controller for Interchange Financial Services Corporation, a publicly-held, commercial bank, for 9 years and prior to that she was an audit manager for a regional accounting firm in New Jersey that specialized mainly in the banking and savings loan industry.   Kathy graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Accounting from Montclair State University.
