Julia M. Greenberg is a Partner at the firm Lamson & Cutner, P.C.  Julia’s practice is solely dedicated to the representation and advocacy of senior citizens and the disabled. 

Ms. Greenberg focuses on long-term care planning, Medicaid eligibility planning and applications, asset preservation, estate planning, supplemental needs trusts, special needs planning, drafting wills and trusts, and estate administration.

Julia frequently leads seminars for health care professionals and speaks to general public audiences on various elder law topics. Julia regularly writes for The Elder Law Exchange Newsletter, The Best Elder Law Blog, and has appeared numerous times as a guest on the "Health Talk" radio show on WMCA 570 AM.

Julia was recently selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for outstanding lawyers under 40 years old.  No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the Rising Stars list.

Julia received her JD from New York Law School, and received her BA from University of Vermont.

Ms. Greenberg is frequently described as a compassionate counselor and forceful advocate for her clients.  A recent article about Ms. Greenberg describes her as "an outstanding lawyer in every sense. She listens carefully, communicates clearly, creates the best strategy and executes it perfectly. She does all of that with great warmth and sensitivity, and clients love her for it."
