Jonathan is a New York entertainment, business, and technology attorney. During his career he has advised famous brands, government officials, and global corporations.

Jonathan’s experience includes being a senior executive of the Hearst Corporation where he provided legal counsel to its entertainment, technology, and media divisions, including Hearst Entertainment and King Features Syndicate.

During his time at Hearst, Jonathan served as Director of Legal Affairs and Secretary of the Board at SmartMoney, which was a Hearst and Dow Jones joint venture focused on software, data licensing, media content, and publishing products for the financial sector.

Prior to joining Hearst, Jonathan worked as a special advisor for the Japanese government at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology.

Jonathan's film industry experience includes executive producing and providing production counsel services for feature films and independent filmmakers. Jonathan regularly represents clients in all areas of entertainment and fine arts industry, including, producers, actors, models, musicians, authors, sculptors, and artists.

In addition to his growing his law firm, Jonathan is a co-founder of business ventures in the entertainment, fashion, and medical investment fund industries.
