Jonathan Hill is a Partner in the Firm's Litigation Practice Group and focuses his practice in Intellectual Property.

He represents clients in a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patent litigation and licensing, trade secret litigation and provides intellectual property counseling and opinions on patent infringement, validity and enforceability. The technology areas at issue in those matters include electrical engineering, polymer chemistry, mechanical engineering, medical devices, web-based marketing and vehicular information systems.

Jonathan has participated in trials and arbitrations as well as appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Seventh Circuit, and preparation of petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Before joining Freeborn, he practiced law at Jenner & Block in the Patent Litigation Group.
