Jay Reidy joined the AT&T Legal Department in 1996, and since 2006 has supported AT&T’s

Business Mobility Solutions group, focusing on enterprise hosting, cloud, networking and other advanced business services. Reidy’s current practice involves B-to-B and alliance transactions, complex contract models for enterprise business services, and counseling internal clients on compliance and business development matters. He was a panelist at the Cloud Computing Boot Camp at the 2012 American Conference Institute National Forum on “Negotiating and Executing Effective Agreements for Cloud Computing.” He has received an AT&T Dimensions in Leadership Award, the AT&T Law Department “In the Trenches” Award (on three occasions), and has twice been named an AT&T “Best of the Best”.

Reidy co-chairs the AT&T Midwest Regional Pro Bono Committee. During his tenure, AT&T received the NATIONAL LAW JOURNAL 2013 Chicago Legal Department of the Year award in the pro bono category, the National Immigrant Justice Center’s Corporate Human Rights Award (in 2014) and the Center for Disability and Elder Law’s Corporate Partner of the year (in 2015). Reidy was AT&T’s National Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year in 2015, and was named by the National Immigrant Justice Center its 2016 Human Rights Practitioner of the Year.

Reidy has his BA from the University of Notre Dame and graduated with honors from the John Marshall Law School, where he was Associate Lead Articles Editor on the Law Review. He clerked for the Honorable James H. Alesia, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and then joined the Chicago office of Jones Day, in the general litigation and regulatory affairs practice areas.

Reidy lives outside Chicago with his wife and children. He is a member of the Leadership Board of the National Immigrant Justice Center (co-chairing the pro bono subcommittee) and the Board of Directors of Trinity High School in River Forest, Illinois.
