Jodie Morse is Counsel to the General Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel at the Securities and Exchange Commission.   She joined the Commission’s staff in 2013 from WilmerHale.

Ms. Morse graduated from Yale University in 1997 and the New York University School of Law in 2006, where she was an Articles Editor for the New York University Law Review.  Ms. Morse also served as a law clerk for Judge Raymond J. Dearie in the Eastern District of New York and Judge Harry T. Edwards on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
