Joanne M. Gray is a partner in the New York office of Goodwin Procter LLP. She has extensive experience in all aspects of complex litigation, has been National Counsel in major litigations involving high-stakes product liability, class actions, and mass tort claims. Ms. Gray counsels both public and privately held clients on risk management, public relations, and corporate crisis planning and management. She also provides strategic planning and litigation avoidance counseling to multinational companies with regard to foreign manufacturing, global relabeling, and global recall issues. Ms. Gray graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1983, and is a frequent speaker and author. She is co-editor of the 50 State Survey of Consumer Class Action Law published by the American Bar Association and has held a number of leadership roles in the ABA, including in its Products Liability Committee. She is the co-chair of its Food and Supplement Group.
