Jill Ann Boskey was the founder and Co-Executive Director of the Center for Disability Advocacy Rights (CeDAR), Inc., a not-for-profit agency established to serve the poor and persons with disabilities particularly in the areas of public benefits with focus on SSI and Social Security cases. Ms. Boskey was a member of the first graduating class of the City University of New York School of Law at Queens College in 1986 and worked in the SSI field until her untimely death in 1999.
