Jerome Ostrov was born in Boston, Massachusetts, lives with his family in North Bethesda, Maryland, and practices law in Washington, D.C., with Kozusko Harris Vetter Wareh LLP. He received his B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Boston University; his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University; his L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law; and his M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. He is admitted to the New York, District of Columbia, and Maryland Bars. Mr. Ostrov clerked for Judge Leo H. Irwin of the United States Tax Court. Mr. Ostrov’s practice areas include tax, estate planning, and business law. He has been published in a variety of legal journals and lectures regularly.
