Jennifer Pringle is the Director of the New York State Technical and Education Assistance Center for Homeless Students (NYS-TEACHS).  NYS-TEACHS is housed at Advocates for Children and is funded by the New York State Education Department.  NYS-TEACHS provides information and trainings to school districts, social service providers, parents, and others on issues related to the education of students who are homeless.

For over ten years, Ms. Pringle has worked to ensure that students experiencing homelessness have had access to educational services and the supports they need to succeed to school. Since 2005, she has served as the director of NYS-TEACHS. Ms. Pringle is the 2009 recipient of the Distinguished Service and Leadership Award from the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth (NAEHCY).

She received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and her law degree from Columbia Law School.
