Jennifer Hillenmeyer is a partner in EY’s National Professional Practice where she currently is responsible for developing firm guidance and assisting audit teams and their clients on business combinations, goodwill and segments.  Jennifer previously completed a two year fellowship at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) where she led projects on goodwill, the definition of a business and inventory.  While at the FASB, Jennifer also served as the coordinator of the Emerging Issues Task Force (EITF).

Jennifer previously spent thirteen years in EY’s Assurance practice in Nashville, Tennessee serving clients in a variety of industries. 

Jennifer has B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee.  Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Tennessee and New York.
